Join Chef Dorian on August 17th, 2025, Noon – 3 PM, at a Private Location, Orange County for “Beats, Rhymes, and Brunch” — a bold, genre-blending brunch experience that throws out the rulebook. This isn’t your typical eggs-and-toast affair. It’s a 5-track culinary mixtape, each course inspired by the rhythm, soul, and storytelling of hip-hop at a communal table.

Expect flavor flips, left-field pairings, and visual plating that hits like a bar-heavy verse. From savory olive oil corn cake and duck confit to cereal milk panna cotta and boom bap bonbons, this menu is a love letter to unexpected remix culture — all served with bottomless mimosas and a fire playlist curated for your brunching pleasure.

  • Shiso maple syrup, pickled pear, fluffy milk bread bao
